    S K FOODS Instant Puran Powder is a ready puran mix from Nashik district, sold in a 250 g pack.

    Traditional puran is chana dal cooked soft with jaggery, mashed smooth and flavoured with elaichi or nutmeg, then stuffed into a soft wheat dough and rolled thin. An instant powder saves the slow cooking and mashing.
