    Moha — mahua — is the flower of Madhuca longifolia, a tree that grows across Maharashtra's forest belt. The flowers are gathered when they drop in spring and dried, and they taste floral and faintly fermented. Moha ladu is a genuinely regional sweet, rarely found outside the forest districts.

    This 250 g pack is handmade by Prerna SHG in Gondia district. If you have never tried moha, it is a sensible size to start with.
