Story Behind the Product:

Rukmini Self-Help Group was founded in 2019 to empower women economically and promote local food traditions. They started making Solapuri Kadak Jowar Bhakri – a traditional Maharashtrian millet roti known for its crispy texture and high nutritional value.

These bhakris are made with high-quality jowar flour using eco-friendly and hygienic processes. With the support of the UMED scheme, the group received financial assistance to procure raw materials and modern equipment for production.

Initially sold in local markets, the product's popularity spread due to its taste and health benefits. Today, the Rukmini SHG’s Jowar Bhakris are well-known across nearby towns an
