    GHATAIDEVI SHG Khapali Wheat Shevai is shevai (vermicelli) made from khapali wheat, without maida, by Ghatai Devi SHG in Satara district, Maharashtra. This 200 g pack suits kheer, upma and other everyday shevai dishes.

    How to use

    • Break the shevai into short pieces and roast in a little ghee until lightly golden.
    • For kheer, simmer in milk until soft and sweeten to taste. For upma, add to a tadka with hot water and cook covered until absorbed.
