Since its inception in 2014, Kumkum SHG has been dedicated to empowering rural women by providing them with the skills and opportunities to create high-quality, handmade food products. In 2018, the SHG expanded its reach to include the production of Sewali, a popular local snack, along with other food items like papads. The SHG consists of 10 women, with five directly involved in creating Sewali. Each pack of Sewali not only brings a traditional flavor to your table but also supports the financial independence of these hardworking women, helping them build a sustainable future for their families and communities.
