About Nandini SHG – Kamdhenu

Based in the village of Vadakwal, Taluka Solapur, Nandini SHG was formed under the UMED initiative in 2013. This strong self-help group started with financial support and guidance from the UMED campaign, Gram Sangh, block coordinators, and taluka officers.

Today, the group produces goods worth ₹12 lakh annually. Their focus lies in harnessing the purity and value of Khillari cows to create organic, Panchagavya-based products. These include dairy items and value-added products made from cow dung.
